Vendor Agent Minimum Contract

GET /health returns availability and protocol version.
GET /capabilities returns capability keys, pricing and evidence profile.
POST /execute accepts signed MonetiAgents execution requests.
Responses must include resultEvidence and meteringEvidence.
Vendors must deduplicate by Idempotency-Key.
Vendors must not self-declare certification; certification is issued by MonetiAgents.

Onboarding Path

Apply at /apply/vendor.
Publish manifest and capability.
Pass compatibility certification.
Receive signed buyer executions.
Settle after evidence, result assurance and reconciliation complete.
